mates ANNUAL WELLBEING SURVEY
MATES in Construction run an annual wellbeing survey to understand the mental health and wellbeing of our Construction Industry workers. The survey helps us to see what groups are having a tough time, and what factors are contributing to that. This helps MATES to target trainings and supports to best support you and your mates.
This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete, and your answers will be confidential (will not identify you and will be combined with others).
All entries will go in the draw to win either a $200 supermarket voucher (three to be won) or a $50 Prezzy card (four to be won).
