The MATES 2025 Industry Well-being Survey, Supported by ASB,
is your chance to be heard and help shape change across construction
MATES in Construction runs a Well-being Survey every two years to better understand the mental health and well-being of workers in our industry.
This Survey helps us identify which groups are doing it tough and what’s contributing to that, so we can make sure our trainings and supports are focused on what is most important for you and your mates.
Taking part in the survey and having a voice benefits workers directly. What you share helps improve mental health support on sites, shapes how employers and the industry responds to stress, and influences government decisions that affect the construction workforce.
The survey takes roughly 10-12 minutes to complete. Your answers are completely confidential, meaning they won’t identify you and your answers will be combined with responses from others.
All participants can choose to go in the draw to win either a $200 supermarket voucher (three to be won) or $100 prezzy card (four to be won).
