WE NEED YOUR HELP TO HEAR WORKERs’ VOICES

We run the MATES Industry Well-being Survey, supported by ASB, every two years to better understand the mental health and well-being of workers in our industry.

The 2025 edition, running from 1st – 20th July, 2025, will help us identify which groups are doing it tough and what’s contributing to that, so we can all support our workforce and drive industry-wide and government-level change.

This year, we want to hear from at least 2,500 construction workers across the motu.

To do this, we need your help. On this page, you’ll find ways to share this year’s Industry Well-being Survey with your people.
