The MATES BSM Roadie Blog – The Final Day

Today was the final day of the MATES BSM Roadie. Slade and B Signed off in Wanaka as they finished up the last GAT presentation for the week.

Driving from Auckland and travelling the whole of New Zealand as a part of the BSM Roadshow has been a MATES first and we would like to thank everyone that has attended the Building Skills Maintenance and has participated in the General Awareness Trainings our team has provided.

During the course of the Building Skills Maintenance, the Field Officers trained over 980 participants through the MATES General Awareness Trainig program. Through the 45 minute GAT, participants learn some key information about some of the invitations to be on the look out for as well as the next steps after their GAT Induction.

With such a large number of General Awarness Trained people across New Zealand, the next step for the team at MATES is Connector training.

Thank you to Dion Tapper who is the sole facilitator for the entire BSM roadshow and for including MATES this year as a part of the 6 part seminars. The MATES team will be seeing you again around the regions in the future.
