All week we have been out on site with Fly the Flag, having those important conversations about why you need to look out for your mates and reach out for help when you are struggling. Last year we had those same conversations with our good mate Matt Chisholm who had the courage to reach out to his mates for help when he needed it. You can catch Like a Man on TVNZ’s OnDemand, where Matt takes us on a journey to meet men from all walks of life who have struggled with their mental health. He is looking to find out what got them through and how we, as a country and as a community, can encourage people –particularly men – to speak up when things get on top of them.
